Forsyth County will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in The Granary at WinMock located at 168 East Kinderton Way, Bermuda Run, North Carolina 27006. The meeting will be held jointly with Davie County to discuss the Idols Road Regional Pump Station and the East Davie Wastewater Collection System projects.
The proposed Idols Road Regional Pump Station project consists of the following improvements: installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of 20-inch force main, 1,130 linear feet of 30-inch gravity sewer main, and construction of the new Idols Road Regional Pump Station.
The total project cost is approximately $5,317,000 and will be funded in full through a loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), which is administered through the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Division of Water Infrastructure (NCDEQ DWI).
A copy of the Engineering Report and Environmental Information Document may be reviewed at the City-County Utilities office on the 3rd floor of Winston-Salem’s City Hall during regular business hours Monday through Friday until January 23, 2018.
