Flower Bed Program

Every spring KWSB partners with the Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem and the Vegetation Management Division of the city to provide free annual plants to neighborhood associations and other groups to plant in right of way beds usually at entrances to their neighborhoods. KWSB, the city, and the Garden Club Council judge these beds during the summer and provide awards.
