Sponsors Sought for Emergency Preparedness Night with the Warthogs

The Forsyth County Local Emergency Planning Committee is seeking sponsors for Emergency Preparedness Night with the Warthogs on Friday, Aug. 22.

The event brings together non-profit organizations, businesses that assist in emergencies, and local law-enforcement, fire, and rescue agencies to encourage residents to be prepared for an emergency. It includes equipment displays, information booths and demonstrations before and during the Warthogs’ game at historic Ernie Shore Field.

Sponsors will have their organization prominently identified in special event areas. They also will have their name or logo on the T-shirt printed for the event, will receive free admission tickets and T-shirts, and have the option of setting up a display at the event.

Sponsorships are available for $1,000, $500 or $250. For more information, contact the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Office of Emergency Management at 661-6440.
