Nominations Sought for Community Appearance Awards

Community Appearance Commission - June 1, 2009

The Community Appearance Commission is now accepting nominations for the 2009 Art of Living Awards, formerly known as the Community Appearance Awards.

Nominations may be submitted by anyone who wishes to recognize an individual, project, or group that has had a positive impact on the appearance of Winston-Salem or Forsyth County.

The biennial awards are presented to those businesses, individuals and community groups who are responsible for the projects. The entry form, nomination instructions and additional information about the awards program are available at www.cityofws.org/planning. All entries must be received by June 19. The awards ceremony will be held October 19.
