Trade Street Block Changing to Two-Way Traffic

The block of Trade Street between Fourth and Fifth streets will be closed at 8 a.m. Monday while a city crew repaints traffic lanes and installs signs to convert this block to two-way traffic. The work is scheduled to be completed and the street reopened by 1 p.m. The job will be postponed if it rains.
